Cancellation Policies

When confirming the booking we require a credit card, Visa or Mastercad, as a guarantee.

In the event of a cancellation, cancellation is free up to 5 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations from 5 to 1 day before arrival, 50% of the cost of the first night will be charged;

For cancellations on the same day of arrival or for NON SHOW (no communication of cancellation and non-presentation of the customer at the facility) 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize at any time after booking.
